These pages are part of APC's ongoing support for the development, research and awareness-raising of strategies to improve the state of internet connectivity in the Global South.
Country profiles are aimed at providing a current snapshot of internet-use, and efforts to ensure universal access. Anyone with on the ground knowledge is encouraged to login and update or add to the national profiles, to widen the geographic scope and to help ensure they more accurately reflect current conditions. An Infrastructure Readiness Policy Checklist for each country is also available for updating separately. Some of the information for the country profiles was gathered with support from the Internet Society (ISOC)
