Shahzad works in the area of development communications and knowledge management for civil society organizations in Pakistan. Passionate for ICTs, as bytesforall volunteer and on behalf of Association for Progressive Communications, he has been managing Pakistan ICT Policy Monitors Network. The main objective of the network is to advocate for people friendly-people centered ICT policies in the country. A member of National IT Think Tank on Content Development, also serve as World Summit Awards National e-Content Expert for Pakistan.
